Winner of The Verge’s Best TV and Best Monitor
QD-OLED 2023 won twice at The Verge Awards at CES 2023.
The Verge confidently named Samsung’s S95C the Best TV at CES 2023. The latest QD-OLED display technology means it can produce more vivid colors at higher brightness levels than conventional OLEDs (like those used in LG TVs). It can also hit an impressive 2,000 nits of peak brightness.
The Verge also chose the Samsung Odyssey G9 as the best monitor. This won praise for being one of only a few OLED monitors at CES that has a glossy screen instead of an anti-glare coating, helping colors and contrast pop.
Winner of two Digital Trend’s Top Tech awards
Digital Trends gave two of its Top Tech of CES 2023 Awards to Samsung S95C (77” QD-OLED TV) and Odyssey G9 (49” OLED monitor with QD-OLED panels).
Samsung released the 77-inch S95C QD-OLED TV to meet the needs of customers who want a larger TV that delivers picture quality never before seen. This large display impressed the experts.
Digital Trends also described the Odyssey G9 as the ultimate gaming monitor for 2023.
Recognized as a leading innnovator by Tom’s Guide
Tom’s Guide selected the Samsung S95C as the Best TV in its Best of CES 2023 Awards.
Tom’s Guide highlighted that the 77” QD-OLED size has become an immediate hit with TV lovers. Features like a new 144Hz refresh rate and AMD’s FreeSync Premium Pro make it an even more attractive buy, especially for gamers.
One of What Hi-Fi?’s stars of the show
What Hi-Fi? named the Samsung S95C QD-OLED TV as one of its Stars of CES 2023. They described QD-OLED as “the hottest, newest kid on the block” and expressed excitement for the premium S95C model.
CNET couldn’t ignore the Samsung S95C either
CNET named the 77-inch Samsung S95C in their list of the most noteworthy tech at CES 2023.
The improvements in anti-glare technology have resulted in truly brighter images and enhanced color performance that set it apart from the rest.
